The Job Choosing Circle
Load your previously saved game or start a new game and wait for the opening cinematic to end. Go into the main menu screen and choose the option that says "Formation." Choose any of your available units and have it take the Squire class. - 2
A Battle Map
Wander across the overland map until your soldiers are attacked by a group of monsters. Have the Squire use his abilities or attack enemy units until he gains two experience levels. - 3
The Archer Job
Change the Squire to the Archer job and have it fight battles until it reaches the third level of experience. Go into the main menu and change the unit to the Thief job. - 4
The Thief Job
Gain four levels of experience with the Thief unit and then switch it over to the Monk job. Have the unit reach level three with the Monk and then change it to the Geomancer job. - 5
The Ninja Job
Fight in another battle until the unit reaches level two as a Geomancer. Access the "Formation" screen again and the unit will have access to the Ninja job.
