Dog Training Collars For You

The most challenging part of being a dog owner is to train it.
From teaching the dog simple commands such as "fetch", "sit" and "roll-over" to teaching them not to be aggressive to visitors.
Dog training collars come in handy in multiple purposes.
There are many electric powered dog training collars available to choose from, each come with their own unique features.
So it is important to choose the one that fits the dog perfectly.
To teach a dog simple commands it is worthwhile to spend on leather or nylon collars.
Nylon collars are suitable for smaller breads whereas leather collars are useful when it comes to the bigger breads of dogs.
Before investing on a dog training collar it is important to know a few things about these collars that is helpful when choosing the perfect collar for your dog.
The material used on making the collar is important as some materials cause rashes.
The prong coaching collars have tips exposed to the dog's skin, these are normally used by pro trainers and proper training is advisable before using these as it may injure the dog.
When the leash is pulled the tips are pulled to the dog's skin, when done in appropriate intervals it eventually helps to train the dog.
Remote controlled dog training collars are also available, these come in two different variations - The Electronic collars and the citronella spray collars.
The electronic collars give out small electric shock that is obviously not harmful for the dog.
These are commonly used when the dog is a puppy and not on a leash.
Electronic collars are very useful in training dogs.
The citronella spray collars work according to the same principle, the only difference being that instead of the shock a spray of citronella is released to correct the dogs' actions, because all dogs have a common retaliation from the smell, they learn to obey the trainer.
