- 1). Limit hard use on the chairs. Try not to let children bounce on the slings. Also do not stand on the chairs, as that puts uneven pressure on the slings, causing them to stretch or tear from the frame.
- 2). Clean any spills as soon as you notice them. Use water and a mild soap to remove sunscreen and sunscreen, juice and food residue. Leaving spills on the chair will promote the growth of mold and mildew even if they are waterproof, as mold grows in dirt, not fabric. Make sure to rinse the soap thoroughly or dirt will stick to the residue when it dries.
