- Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALC), a natural oxidant, has also been shown to be beneficial in treatment of Peyronies. ALC breaks down acid and helps increase inflammation.
- Potaba (or PABA) is an antifibrotic in the vitamin B family used to help make skin more elastic. PABA, a prescription drug, can be successful in the treatment of Peyronie's.
