Beecher's Cheese, out of Seattle WA, makes this super special cow's milk blend called No Woman. It's sort of a sweet and spicy jerk flavored cheese that not only tastes amazing but also melts really beautifully. The green tomato jam was store bought, but if you'd like to try it out for yourself, I'd recommend following this recipe from [HERE] from Domenicacooks.com.
If you'd like more protein, try adding smoked pork or some jerk chicken to really make it special.

Ingredients
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 cup of Beechers No Woman Cheese
- 1 tbsp of green tomato jam
- 2 pats of salted butter
- 1 tsp of grated fresh ginger
- Prep Time: 0 minutes
- Cook Time: 10 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 1 sandwich
Preparation
1. Begin by mixing the grated ginger into the butter and set aside.
2. Next, start placing half the cheese onto one slice of rye bread. Then add the green tomato jam and the rest of the cheese. Now add the other piece of bread on top. Butter both sides of the sandwich with the ginger butter and place into a pan or panini press.
3. Turn the heat to medium and let the sandwich heat up as the pan does.
Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the rye bread starts to get crispy and the cheese begins to melt. and then flip. Repeat the process until the whole sandwich is crispy and cheese has melted entirely. At this point, take the sandwich off the heat and let cook for a few minutes so the cheese can thicken and it won't ooze out when you cut into it.
