- 1). Glue one wheel horizontally to the open end of a tube using hot glue or craft glue, which creates the angel's body and collar.
- 2). Attach the wooden bead to the top of the wheel. The wheel should look like the collar and the bead will be the angel's head. Alternately, you can glue a shell macaroni to the wheel instead for the angel's head if you don't have a bead.
- 3). Glue one bow tie under the wagon wheel on the angel's back. The bow tie will form the angel's wings.
- 4). Glue one elbow on each side of the angel, underneath the wheel to look like arms. Attach these on the opposite side of the bow tie, which is the back of the angel.
- 5). Glue ditalini pasta to the angel's head to make hair, and glue these all over the wooden bead head, leaving the face uncovered.
- 6). Glue a few pasta stars on the angel to decorate her, wherever you like.
- 7). Stick the angels on top of pencils and place the pencils outside in the ground. Spray paint the entire ornament with a paint color of your choice. Allow them to dry. Hand paint the angels with glitter paint if you desire, to add sparkle.
- 8). Create a face with a black marker, and glue a small gold ring to the top of her head to look like a halo.
- 9). String the angel onto a thin ribbon for hanging.
