- 2). Type in your user name and password if both are requested on the home page. Type in the user name on the home page and hit "Enter" then enter the password on the following page to access your account, or anticipated account with a two-page login. The software enabling you to track a loan you've applied for, or the loan you are paying will open if your lender makes this system available to loan clients.
- 3). Use the web link to check the status of loan progress by typing in the account number and any other code number requested that is associated with your first-time mortgage or mortgage application. You may also have to type in the full name of the primary borrower.
- 4). Read the loan status offered by the lender's web portal. Mortgage holders use the account information to track payments, due dates and principal balances. The status of loan progress for an anticipated mortgage may only reveal that it is "Pending." Continue checking the loan status of your first-time mortgage application until you find that it is "Approved."
