To clean floor tiles and grouts, mix oxygen bleach with warm water. Stir it until it dissolves. Pour the solution onto the floor tile and flood the grout lines, let it sit for 15 minutes or more (the more grime, the more time).
As the oxygen ions work for up to six hours, there's no really a rush to rinse it away. It also helps to scrub the grout lightly after 30 minutes. Remember to pour new solution onto the grout as you scrub.
