Places to Have a Party With Inflatable Bounce Toys

    Planning Your Party

    • Before your child's birthday rolls around, start planning the party. While you can rent inflatable bounce toys and have them brought to your home or backyard, you may find that a facility that has the toys is easier, as you avoid the clean-up. Look for a venue that is affordable and provides some party goods, such as paper plates and cups. Some venues also provide a party host or facilitator to take care of certain tasks during the party so you are free to enjoy the fun.

    Jump Time

    • Jump Time is an indoor playground that includes obstacle courses, slides and jump houses. Locations include a toddler play area and an arcade room. A private room is provided for parties, and on Saturdays and Sundays, when there is a high volume of parties, the facility is not open to the public. Locations run two parties simultaneously and stagger them throughout the day. Jump Time has 40 locations nationwide (see Resources).

    Pump It Up

    • Pump It Up has been in business since 2000, and is the largest chain of inflatable toy facilities. Pump It Up provides four party packages to choose from. The Classic Party Package offers two hours in the facility and access to a party room. The Classic 90 Package provides 90 minutes of fun in the facility and the party room. The Ultimate Classic Package features two hours of fun in the party room, plus pizza, drinks, goodie bags and balloons. Cake can be brought from home. The Ultimate Classic 90 Party Package is the same as the Ultimate Classic except that it is a 90-minute party. Pump It Up has 165 locations nationwide (see Resources).

    Monkey Joe's

    • Located in nine states, Monkey Joe's (see Resources) provides parties for children 12 years and younger. The Ultimate Party Zone and Jumping Jubilee party package accommodates up to 24 kids. The Barrel of Monkeys party package is for up to 16 partygoers. If your party has eight people or fewer, the Crazy 8 Package is for you. Each package includes invitations, as well as a host for the party who takes care of setting up and cleaning up. The facility provides drinks and paper goods, such as paper plates, cups, utensils and napkins. The person celebrating his birthday gets a T-shirt. You may bring your own cake, but no other outside food or drink is allowed.
