Exercises For Cellulite Which Will Melt it Away

Cellulite, those dimply pockets of fat located on the backs of thighs, buttocks and arms is a hereditary condition caused by fat becoming trapped between fibrous tissue just below skin level.
Also described as looking like cottage cheese, many individuals, especially women, have this problem and it doesn't seem to matter whether they are slender or obese.
As familiar as the word cellulite is, the remedies are even more so.
For example, most everyone has heard of the coffee ground remedy.
The individual rubs the grounds into the affected area of her skin while showering, then rinses well.
There are also products on the market that are supposed to tighten the skin, thereby removing all visible dimpling.
These remedies are all temporary and do nothing toward ridding the body of cellulite permanently.
Then there is the drastic measure of liposuction, but even that won't take care of the problem.
There is one solution though.
It's called exercise.
Burning off cellulite with exercise may sound boring, but it does work because perspiration from exercise causes thermogenesis, which then melts the trapped fat.
One of the most important things a person with cellulite can do to help rid their body of this condition, is to stay hydrated.
By drinking plenty of water, toxins and waste and waste are excreted via urine.
When exercising, it is also excreted through perspiration.
Runners and joggers don't commonly have problems with cellulite, because they have effectively shifted the the fat to be melted, then excreted as waste.
Weight lifters also do not have cellulite for the very same reasons.
So, the answer lies in drinking plenty of water, and increasing muscle mass by exercise.
Two types of exercises necessary to get rid of cellulite permanently, are cardio such as aerobics, running, jogging, dancing and spinning.
Weight training is another, which should go hand in hand with aerobics.
Good nutrition fits in quite nicely with exercise to help flush out fat as well.
The diet should have a complete overhaul and the first foods that should be eliminated from the diet are those that are refined, such as sugars, including honey and maple syrup, white flour, white rice and any product containing gluten.
The daily meal plan should contain products with antioxidants such as fresh leafy green vegetables and berries, and proteins such as lean chicken and fatty fish.
100% whey protein should be included in any exercise program.
Mixing whey protein with water or almond milk will supply a person with high quality, readily accessible protein that the body will use to feed the muscles.
Drinking this high protein shake before exercise or right after is ideal.
Some of the exercises one can do to burn off fat and cellulite are, bench presses.
With this exercise, the person lies on their back on a bench with one leg on each side, feet flat.
Gripping a barbell with both hands turned overhand, bring the bar bell down to the chest and back up.
Do three sets of ten.
Next, are the squats.
This exercise effectively builds the muscles of the buttocks and quadriceps.
Place a barbell onto the shoulders and squat by lunging forward with one leg bent.
Make sure the toes are pointing outward to protect the knees.
Do three sets of five making sure to rest a moment in between sets.
There are several more exercises at the gym the instructor will show the person to build lean muscle all over The Body.
Aerobic exercises that work to quickly melt off cellulite are running, spinning, dancing and any other type of weight bearing exercise, which causes the person to perspire and the heart rate to increase, because this is what is going to burn fat.
Combined with muscle building exercises, fat will be burned and lean muscle will take its place.
As simple as it sounds compared to so many expensive products on the market, exercise is definitely the best method for finally ending the embarrassment of cellulite once and for all.
