How to Tell if the EM330 Has a Memory Card

1). Push and hold the "Power" key on your Motorola EM330 until the phone turns off.
2). Turn the phone to the back.
3). Place your thumbnail under the edge on the battery cover release latch and push up against the edge to push the latch toward the top of the phone, and hold it in place to unlock the cover. Remove the cover.
4). Hold the upper left side of the phone with the back still facing you near a light source and check inside the slot for the card. If you can't see the card, grasp both sides of the battery near the top of the battery compartment, remove the battery and check if the card is in under the metal band in the microSD slot.
