- 1). Roll up the rice bag from the end to the top. Place the bag in the center of the microwave.
- 2). Heat the microwave for one to two minutes until the pad is warm enough. Test the pad's heat by pressing it slightly on your hand. If the pad is too hot, then allow it too cool a few seconds before you use it.
- 3). Place the lavender bag on your skin for several minutes to get the fragrant benefits.
