Your Diet And Leaky Bowels

Some symptoms may appear on your bowel, yet sometimes this can mislead you to having loose bowel movement or diarrhea.
Worse the doctors or medical professionals often do not confirm the leaky bowels and leave it undiagnosed.
There are many causes of this leaky bowel syndrome.
This condition is the thinning of your intestinal wall lining, and once intestinal wall integrity is destroyed, toxins, bacteria and food particles can easily and directly enter into your blood stream and different body systems.
NSAIDs (Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs), antibiotics and birth control pills are known to cause this disease if the medications are used for long periods of time.
There are also alcohol, caffeine and processed foods which also contribute to the development of leaky bowels.
Antacids, believe or not, also can contribute to it.
What can you expect if you already have leaky bowels? There are symptoms that you may experience in your gastrointestinal system.
You may experience abdominal pain and bloating, constipation or diarrhea.
You may also experience skin rashes, shortness of breath, fatigue and muscle pain in your body.
If leaky bowels is present, the signs and symptoms will be experienced by the person even if a diagnosis has not been established by the doctor.
You must make changes in your diet immediately if you suspect that you have leaky bowels.
High amount of refined sugar and white flour in your diet is not advisable.
You should avoid cakes, pastas, pies and bread.
You should consider eating more nutritious food to help your condition.
Another food groups that you should avoid when you have leaky bowels are caffeine and sodas.
The carbonated drinks have strong artificial colors and preservatives which endangers your health more.
Vegetables must be cooked as eating them raw will make your condition worse.
Eating cooked vegetables will mean easy digestion for the body.
Avoid baked foods and pastas, and stay away from canned and processed foods.
Avoid alcoholic beverages such as beer and wines because their effects on your body are similar to those of toxins.
Consider these things when planning your diet to help with the control your symptoms.
Proper diagnosis need to be done so proper treatment plan can be done.
To help maintain the health of your intestinal walls, you can incorporate Vitamin A, Vitamin B-6 and zinc in your diet.
If there is already damage to the walls of your intestine, taking these vitamins will you heal.
