- 1). Turn on the Sciphone and type the unlock code to access the phone's menus. The code depends on which lock you have enabled, so read the message on the screen to find out which code the phone is asking for.
- 2). Touch "Settings" on the Sciphone main screen.
- 3). Tap "Security" to open the "Security" menu.
- 4). Touch "SIM Lock" to toggle SIM lock mode off and on. The phone will prompt you for the SIM lock code. The SIM lock is provided by your cellular carrier. Contact your carrier if you're not sure what it is.
- 5). Touch "Phone lock" to toggle the phone lock off and on. You can change this code yourself to any four-to-eight-digit number. The default phone lock code is 1122.
