How to Remove the Antivirus 360 Trojan

SmitFraudFix

1). Navigate to the Bleeping Computer website and download SmitFraudFix (see "Resources").
2). Restart the computer. Press the F8 button when the Windows splash screen appears.
3). Select "Safe Mode with Networking" from the menu that appears. Allow Windows to load into safe mode.
4). Click on the start button and select My Computer. Navigate to the folder where SmitFraudFix is located.
5). Launch SmitFraudFix. Follow the on-screen directions to run a full system scan. The scan will search all storage drives connected to the computer for the AV360 trojan and other malware. This scan may take several minutes to complete.
6). Allow the scan to finish. Follow the on-screen directions to remove the AV360 trojan and any other threats found during the scan. Close the removal software and restart the computer.

1). Navigate to the Malwarebytes website (see "Resources"). Download the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software. Make a note of the download location.
2). Click the start button and select My Computer. Navigate to the drive and folder containing the download.
3). Double-click on the installation file for Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. Follow the on-screen directions to install the software.
4). Navigate to the installation folder. Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.
5). Follow the on-screen directions to update the software to the most current version. Follow the on-screen directions to run a full system scan.
6). Allow the scan to finish. The scan may take several minutes.
7). Follow the on-screen directions to remove the Antivirus 360 trojan and any other detected malware. Close the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware software.

2). Click on the start button and select My Computer. Navigate to the drive and folder containing the Spybot software.
3). Double-click on the installation file for Spybot. Follow the on-screen directions to install the software.

9). Follow the on-screen directions to remove the Antivirus 360 trojan and other detected malware. Close the Spybot software and restart the computer.
