- Users of Baclofen frequently experience side effects including weakness of the muscles, backache, diarrhea, constipation, salivating more, exhaustion, drowsiness, dizziness, itchiness, difficulty urinating, nausea and additional breathing. Should any of these symptoms become more problematic, or should they not go away quickly, you should consult your doctor.
- Serious side effects of Baclofen are relatively rare, but possible. If you experience side effects like chills, not being able to urinate, agitation, muscle tone decrease, or seizures, you must get emergency medical care.
- Allergic reactions to Baclofen are also possible. Some signs to look out for are tightness within the chest, hives, rash, itching, trouble with breathing, and the lips, tongue, mouth and face swelling up. If you notice any of these signs, you should get emergency medical assistance.
