How to Report Do Not Call Violators

• 1). Access www.donotcall.gov, the website of the Do Not Call Registry. Click on the "File a Complaint" link on the left side of the screen. Click "Continue."
  
  
• 2). Input the required information, including your telephone number and the date and time of the violating call. Indicate whether or not the call featured a recorded message. Click "Continue."
  
  
• 3). Type the violator's name and phone number and indicate whether or not you have conducted business with the violator within the past 18 months. Indicate whether you have asked the violator to stop calling you. Provide your personal information, including full name and address.
  
  
• 4). Enter any comments you would like to make. You may type up to 1,000 characters. Click "Submit" and your complaint will be submitted.
