Is it possible to be psychic in our dreams? Do clairvoyant powers lie dormant in our sleeping and slumbering brains? Do we ALL have special powers and latent abilities that come out when the lights go off? In this article we are going to take a quick and insightful look at whether or not there is PROOF that clairvoyance is possible for everyday people, especially when our normal sensory inputs are shut off.
(like when you're sleeping!) Filed Under: The Hypnogogic Connection Much of the paranormal "proof" that has been accumulated over the years actually has taken place in that strange place between sleep and wakefulness.
That odd "space" where you aren't asleep for sure..
...
but you also are NOT yet completely awake.
Many apparitions, out of body experiences, deep mystical states and MORE common clairvoyant like insights are reported by people in the precious few moments when the "mind" is waking up.
As a matter of fact, if you read many ghost stories, psychic experiences and even UFO abduction reports alike (which are completely different "events" altogether) the ONE commonality many of these things seem to share is the state of "mind" the percipient was in at the time the even occurred.
So are they "brain cramps" or REAL psychic experiences? The truth? This is big subject of perpetual debate.
But understand THIS before you try to relegate all of this to the realms of imagination: Many people (tens of thousands throughout history) have gotten "information", clairvoyantly, in dreams that has proven later to be veridical in nature.
(as in - proven to be true) Ghost of people who were THOUGHT to be alive (and came to say goodbye), out of body experiences that have offered FACTS about things happening many miles away later been authenticated to be true, and a whole lot more are NOT so easily explained by simple brain bumps or imagination.
And while I DO tend to believe that some of the more exotic experiences are hallucinatory in nature (especially the UFO abductions) there is LOTS of good information that clairvoyance is not only real, it's available to ALL of us who choose to practice our "psychic muscles".
