well what about the handles? How would you feel about changing those? It's easy enough to do by yourself and best of all its cheap.
Well before you run off down to the store and attempt to buy some new handles, why don't you spend a little time poking about on the internet? You'll no doubt find the perfect new handles for you and you could possibly even end-up ordering them online and besides there are a few things that it'd be good to consider before you buy new handles, how many do you need? what size do they need to be etc.
Take your time to shop around, you don't want to make the wrong decision and end up with some handles that you don't really want.
Once you've chosen the handles that you like you'll want to remove the old ones that you have on your units and keep them safe somewhere as you never know - you may need them again in the future.
You do not need a great deal of knowledge to fit new handles but you will need to pay due care and attention.
It would however not cost much to hire someone to do the job for you if you didn't feel up to the task at hand.
