- 1). Go to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State website and click on the "Vote" tab. This will take you to the Elections and Voting page.
- 2). Select "Voters" from the menu on the left side of the page. A new page will open with another menu on the left side of the page. Click on "Register to Vote."
- 3). Scroll down the page and click on the link that reads "Voter Registration Application." Follow the onscreen prompts to download the PDF file. After downloading the application, you may be able to type your information directly into the application. If you cannot fill out the form on your computer, print the application and complete it using a pen with either black or blue ink.
- 4). Complete the entire registration application. Print clearly if you are filling the information out by hand.
- 5). Check the form to verify that all of the information is correct. If you have typed the information into the form on your computer, you will need to print the application. After verifying your information, sign and date the application on line 8.
- 6). Mail your completed registration application to the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.
