There are ways with which one can surely control the anxiety disorder.
For that basically one need to recognize what is happening and should see to the ways to control it.
It needs a lot of effort from one in order to put the anxiety in control.
One other important fact that one should accept is that the cure which work perfect is not necessarily will work for the other.
Given below is the one such cure that worked best for me.
Accept it and let it go Though it seems simple and straight about accepting and letting it go, it is not as easy as one thinks.
But initially whenever some one starts recognizing any anxiety attack or disorder, they should accept it fully.
Instead if they started to fear or feel more anxiety about it then it will further worsen the case.
For that you need to be calm and accept it.
Then you have to look into the problem from its roots like what are the reasons that cause the anxiety and should find solution to solve it.
So instead of switching off the small fire you should not fan it into big flames.
With an anxiety disorder, the person should not be afraid upon realizing the symptoms.
Instead accept the symptoms how big it can be, will take you towards solving it.
Thus if you stop adding more fear and anxiety upon getting anxiety disorder you can easily find a solution for it.
Giving more of your thought and work into the solution will really help you relax you more than ever.
Try and try again In the process of recovering, there will be a lot of hurdles one has to pass through.
Though it seems easy to find a solution and follow it, it will be hard and there will be breakdown at places.
One should not feel depressed about it and they have to keep on practicing until you don't have any further anxiety attacks.
Of course there are drugs and medication available today with which one can easily come of out it.
But it would be better if one get rid of the anxiety disorder slowly like the way they get anxious step by step.
