If you have struggled with the problem of not being able to get pregnant, you know how heartbreaking it can be.
It is incredibly painful for a woman who has tried and tried many times to have a child, but has not been able to yet.
The reminders of what she wants so badly are all around her: babies in strollers, cute toddlers, children at the mall.
But don't give up! Success might be just around the corner! One of the simplest ways you can increase your chances of conceiving is to have sex at the best possible time, the days in your cycle when your body is ovulating and you can actually get pregnant.
First off, you know that (except for freakishly rare exceptions) you can only get pregnant when not on your period.
Some women just have more sex around the middle of this period, but every woman is different.
Some ovulate sooner in their cycle, some later, and some women fluctuate.
Here are some good clues as to when you are your most fertile: 1) Your temperature varies day to day.
Measure it in the mornings and keep track.
When you see a dip in temperature one day, then a rise for the next couple of days, the days of rising temperature are the best times to have sex.
2) If your cervical mucus becomes more slippery, stretchy and transparent, this is a good indication.
3) If you notice a small pain on one side of your lower abdomen, just on one day, this might be when the egg is released from your ovaries.
Start having sex regularly over the next day or two!
