1Wear high SPF sunscreen everyday and reapply at midday. Even on cloudy, overcast days, the UV rays of the sun touch your skin, changing the color. If you want to keep your natural pale skin, protect it every day.

Combine 1/4 of cream, 1 tbsp. of flour, 1 tbsp. of lemon juice and 3 tbsp. of your high SPF sunscreen. If you do not have sensitive skin, you can add 2 tsp. of rubbing alcohol to the mix. Apply the combination to your face as you would a traditional mask and allow to set for 15 minutes. Reapply once or twice a week to help your skin lighten naturally.

Mix equal parts of turmeric, olive oil and chickpea flour to make a paste. Apply like a mask and allow to set for 15 minutes. These ingredients will help to make your skin more pale, and aren't quite as harsh on your sensitive skin so they can be used daily if desired.

Take occasional milk baths to help heal and lighten the skin. By simply adding 2 cups of cream to a hot tub, you not only help to moisturize your skin, you help it to heal and remove dead skin cells. The faster your skin can renew itself, the faster you can rid yourself of any traces of tan to reveal the natural pale below. Milk is also a gentle and natural skin bleach.
