- 1). Connect your Palm USB cable to your Palm device and your PC.
- 2). Click the "Start" button at the bottom of your PC screen. Then mouse-over "All Programs."
- 3). Select the "Palm" software application folder under "Programs."
- 4). Click on "HotSync Manager." This will launch the application.
- 5). Press the "Sync" button on your USB cable. Your Palm Desktop calendar will synchronize with your VersaMail accounts.
