The United States Has Two Tax Systems - Which One Are You in?

The United States Congress has written many tax laws that are authorized by the IRS to give small business owners tax deductions.
And many of these deductions have been backed up in the US Tax Courts.
There are fundamentally two tax systems in the United States.
One system has a long list of Legal tax deductions available to small business owners.
The other tax system is basically for employees of business owners with a few limited deductions.
For example, typically a business owner has the opportunity to deduct printer cartridges and paper.
Well many employees have printers at home that they use but if they attempt to use printer cartridges or paper as a deduction, they could get red-flagged by the IRS.
Nobody wants this.
And that is the point of this article.
You don't have to cheat or break the law to have the opportunity to use tax deductions to lower your taxes as a small business owner.
