- 1). Pierce pork all around with a fork.
- 2). Rub pork with Hawaiian sea salt and brown sugar. Then pour Liquid Smoke over the meat.
- 3). Cover and cook pork in your slow cooker on low heat for 16-20 hours. Turn pork over after the first eight hours of cooking.
- 4). Remove pork from the slow cooker carefully. Pull pork apart with two forks. Add drippings as needed to moisten the pork.
