Bloating and PMS

As a therapist working with women for over 15 years, I noticed that a significant number of women would not even think of introspecting their PMS during a therapeutic session.
They just take it for granted that it is part of being a woman and nothing can be done about it but to suffer and endure.
As higher philosophy puts it: "Suffering is only good if it helps you stop suffering!" After solving my own PMS sufferings which medicine had no solution for, I started to research the subject and began asking questions to every woman and man willing to talk.
Did you know that 40% of the women I surveyed believed they suffered some type of PMS from mild to severe? Among them, 68% reported feeling bloated around the time of their menstrual cycles? Of all those women, 39% had headaches, 45% craved foods that are not always beneficial for their health so not surprising 42% of them gained weight.
In short, this time of the month is not a funny ride for a majority of us.
On top of that, 57% reported feeling depressed and 65% feeling fatigued.
No wonder women bitch about their menstrual cycles and medicine has come up with an intravenous shot that stops them from menstruating for 3 months at a time! That solution is ideal for some, but you will allow me to question the pertinence from a health point of view.
Are we not "playing" with nature a little too much? However, those who are in favour of a more holistic approach are left totally unsatisfied.
As a result of my introspecting and researching the whole subject, I found each woman had her own underlying cause or causes.
Once they were guided to connect within, symptoms either disappeared totally or reduced each month to help them become PMS free! I urge all women to look at my new approach helping them regain control and master this time of their life that happens on an average about 500 to 600 times over their reproductive life span.
Those numbers are not a permission to keep on suffering.
We continue suffering because we lack the knowledge and comprehension of why we go through such phases.
I urge you to find out what type of PMS you are going through and pick a moment to understand the hidden messages behind such turmoil and confusion.
