For a bit of old world charm, make a stop in downtown. Here you will find Colon St. Dont forget to take a snapshot here because it is the oldest street in the Philippines. Have a quick meal here. It is much safer in the area now but it is still best to bring just what is needed for the day while visiting this area of Cebu.
Lastly, eat, eat and eat. Cebu has delicious food. You cannot end your trip without consuming the Talisay Lechon or roasted pig. This is said to be the best Lechon in the country. Other delicacies to try are the Puso, Sutukil and of course the dried mangoes.
