What I enjoy most about this Patron Pineapple recipe is that it shows off the pineapple aspect in all its glory, with just a few ingredients to back it up.
The one that truly accents the fruit is the Patron tequila, which is a great tequila to mix with fruit. The orange and lime are included for balance and I've found that a couple dashes of orange bitters are a nice finishing touch.
