- 1). Open the "Start" menu and go to the "Control Panel."
- 2). Select "Add or Remove Programs" from the pop-up menu or window.
- 3). Find and click on the Norton software you would like to uninstall from the list of programs. Clicking the program name will highlight it and expand the area, revealing a "Change/Remove" or "Change/Uninstall" button; click the button.
- 4). Click "Next" when prompted and click "Yes" for all related files if prompted. Then click "Finish."
- 5). Restart the computer.
