Unlock Phone

• 1). Press the "Device Locked" option on the phone's "Today" screen. The option will appear in the list provided on the main screen.
  
  
• 2). Press the left soft key on the phone or choose "Unlock" on the main screen, which will open the "Unlock" screen. The soft key is just above the keyboard on the phone. Select "Unlock" or press the "Special Functions" button. The "Special Functions" button is on the left side of the "0" button on the phone's external keypad.
  
  
• 3). Slide the phone shut after it is set to unlock. Press the "Device Unlocked" option on the "Today" screen to re-lock the phone.
  
  

Unlocking after a Timeout

• 1). Use your finger to enable the phone's screen. This opens the password screen on the phone.
  
  
• 2). Use the keypad to enter the password in the search box provided. Use the keyboard if the password is not numerical.
