How to Remove a Virus From Your Computer & Mobile

1). Open the Internet on your phone.
2). Go to Cell-Phone-Viruses.com (see Resources) and download the tool that is specified for the type of virus you have.
3). Run the program from your phone. This will only work if you can get the program to your cell phone.

1). Perform a hard reset on your BlackBerry Storm by going to "Options," "Security Options," "General Settings," then select "Wipe Handheld."
2). Go to the main menu on your Motorola and navigate to "Settings." Next go to "Initial Setup," "Master Reset" and enter the generic passcode, which is 000000.
3). Dial "#7780#" from your Nokia and enter the security code "12345."
4). Connect your iPhone to the PC via the data cord. Open iTunes from your PC and select "Restore." This will delete all of your music files and the latest downloads.

2). Go to "Get a Free Safety Scan" and click "Windows Live Safety Scanner." This tool is free and will scan your computer for any spyware. If it detects any viruses, spyware or malicious software, it will notify you of it and then quarantine the file before removing it entirely.
3). Download a different antivirus software. Not all antivirus software works in the same way. According to Microsoft, if your current antivirus software is not working to delete viruses even after installing updates, change your antivirus software.
