Why The Canon Rebel EOS T3i Was On My Christmas Wish List!

Christmas came early for me this year when my wife bought me a Canon Rebel EOS for my birthday.
I am not a camera expert, but rather, I'm a busy dad who likes to take pictures and this is my amateur's point of view on the Canon camera.
I have a huge photo addiction, and like a camera addict I take my camera everywhere, I also love pulling it out at any opportune time to capture those priceless precious moments.
My wife surprised me with the Canon Rebel EOS T3i for Christmas and to both our surprise the camera really produced WOW photos.
I was pleasantly surprised with the following aspects..
..
..
..
Aspect 1: VERY USER FRIENDLY AND FORGIVING As a typical male I threw out the menu first then tried figuring out the functions, however the canon surprised me with its simplicity and easy to navigate the menu.
The Canon Rebel EOS T3i is very forgiving when you take a photo in the auto mode (My favourite!), the images are sharp, color is outstanding and the clarity is breath taking.
I feel like I have captured real life features.
The display is big and very clear, I find it very easy to see what pictures I have just taken and can adjust my position to enhance the moment.
The display makes it easy to try taking the shot again almost immediately.
I am simply love the eye-fi card feature, because I have set up my canon to automatically upload my pictures to my computer and I Pad 2 whenever I am within range of my Wi-Fi network at home.
When I come home I just leave my camera on auto shut off after 10 minutes which give my camera and computer enough time to upload the pictures from my camera.
Now I do not have to take time to upload the pictures because my camera does that for me, gone are the days of having to delete a photo because the camera card was full.
Aspect 2: FAST I always want to try out something new on the settings and by playing with the manual settings I have managed to capture some fantastic panoramic view.
The views are breath taking even when I leave the camera in auto or auto-sans-flash mode.
The best thing about the speed of the canon is when my kids are playing sport, I have captured picture frames that a truly amazing, for example when my son was batting I took the entire frame and also captured him hit his first ever home run.
I have it all in frames!!! From the surprise on his face to the smile and celebrations of the home run.
And all this is because the canon is so ridiculously fast that I can snap multiple pictures.
My pervious cameras always had a horrible delay for the auto focus which meant I always lost the moment when my son moved.
Aspect 3: BEAUTIFUL PICTURES Photography is all about the final product, the picture.
Now the pictures from the canon rebel are just amazing and the quality is so real, I'm pretty blown away.
And I know I'm only touching the tip of the iceberg for what's possible.
The feature that held my interest was the HD video I have some amazing clear footage of my daughter doing her recital at school.
I am so glad the wife went for this model.
Conclusion: The reason I love photos is to preserve FAMILY memories and my wife bought the right tool.
The Canon Rebel EOS T3i can capture both my pictures and videos in HD.
The canon records this memories for me and as I prepare my family time capsule which is to be opened 100 years after I am dead, I want my future grandchildren to appreciate how we looked like and what we enjoyed doing.
Thank you hun for the Canon Rebel EOS T3i.
