- 1). Cut the fruit to be juiced in half around the center.
- 2). Place a fruit half in one hand, with the cut side facing out. Hold the fruit over a bowl.
- 3). Insert the pointed end of the reamer into the middle of the fruit half.
- 4). Twist the reamer back and forth inside the fruit. The juice from the fruit will drip into the bowl.
- 5). Strain the fruit juice through a wire-mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds, if desired.
