- 1). Go to the British Airways website. You will be directed to their main travel planning page.
- 2). Hover your mouse over "Information" along the bar at the top of the page. Click on "Flight Information" on the drop down menu.
- 3). Scroll down to the link "Browse our Network" under the heading "Our Network." Click the link.
- 4). Select "View Route Maps" from the next page. A new window will pop up with a world map on it. Find and click on your country of origin. Next, look for the airport closest to your city and position your mouse over it. The map will display the routes British Airways serves from your city.
- 5). Close the pop up window and click "Timetables" from the menu on the left hand side of the website. Enter your route information and travel dates to determine when British Airways flies to your desired destination.
- 1). Return to the main travel planning page. On the left side under "Create a Trip," enter your travel details, including your country of origin, departure city, arrival city, dates of travel and number of passengers.
- 2). Select your preferred flight class, from economy to first class. Below the flight class option, choose "lowest price" if you want the most affordable ticket or "flexible conditions" if you prefer a ticket that allows changes or refunds. These tickets will be more expensive.
- 3). Click "Get flights." The website will search for flights matching your preferences and display them on the next page.
- 4). Select the flight that works best for you and click "Continue." You will be directed to verify your flight and add your billing information through the next few pages. When your flight purchase is complete, British Airways will ask for an email address and send your confirmation and itinerary to that address.
