- 1). Take a multivitamin that contains magnesium, zinc, copper and B vitamins. These minerals help stimulate hair growth in your entire body by promoting oxygenation that helps hair follicles grow.
- 2). Increase oxygenation further by working out. Perform aerobic exercise, such as walking or jogging, for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week.
