This Article is Not For the Faint-Hearted Chiropreneurs

I'm not certain you're going to like everything I'm about to say; but I'm sharing it from the heart.
Most Chiropreneurs are content merely to get by...
to survive.
They don't really want to be a leading force in their marketplace, let alone the profession.
However, many Chiropreneurs say they want their brand of chiropractic to be special, distinctive, far more valuable to their marketplace...
but they do very little (if anything) to achieve that target.
Most Chiropreneurs seem happy with whatever new patient production the marketplace doles out to their office.
And frankly, when you operate your practice in a mediocre way...
you are lucky to get whatever new patients and income you make.
Few people who run mediocre practice make enough to enjoy freedom in their lives nor are they able to create wealth for themselves or their family.
Few Chiropreneurs who run mediocre practices are fulfilled, proud, or joyous.
Most struggle throughout their lives in that quiet desperation that Emerson wrote about...
while all the time, hoping and wishing that their lives, practice and lifestyles were different.
I've found out the hard way over years of doing, observing, researching...
that there really is only one long-term way to achieve the personal, financial and emotional success you crave.
You need to commit yourself and your practice to becoming great.
Not good.
Great! Great means...
doing more for your Prospex and Patients ...
giving more value, service, contribution ...
seeing more needs and filling them in far more superior ways.
...
falling in love with the people you serve rather than being a simple servant for mere survival.
...
reaching out (and into) your marketplace and connecting on (and in) deeper, broader, more meaningful ways.
...
always looking for breakthroughs in marketing, strategy, innovation and business philosophy.
...
being fully interested in others...
focusing squarely on THEIR hopes, dreams, fears, wants, and needs.
...
not following the trite, superficial and ingenuous "typical" marketing approaches that everyone else uses.
...
having a strong, meaningful point of view and executing it.
...
interacting with your market on multiple impact points so you envelop them in a positive web of delightful satisfaction...
that they never want to leave.
...
having your patients' best interest ALWAYS at heart...
not your own self-serving greed.
...
is having an unbridled sense of passion, purpose and possibility for what you do, who you do it for, how you do it, why you do it...
and loving all these things.
...
focusing, long-term, on a lifetime potential relationship with your Patient.
...
creating unbreakable trust.
...
being seen by your marketplace as their most trusted advisor...
for life.
...
loving what you do...
because you love the impact it has in/on people.
If you crave true prosperity, stratospheric success...
you need to perform a quick (maybe painful) "reality check" on yourself and your practice.
If you're not passionately committed to being great, you may want to seriously think about changing your profession.
There's no way you'll ever be able to achieve the greatness you're after by merely being mediocre.
If, (upon careful self examination), you see that you and your practice desperately need a "Greatness Makeover...
" get help.
By the way, greatness has nothing whatsoever to do with size of your practice.
You can operate a great $200,000 practice or a two million dollar practice.
It's all about your mindset, methods, motivation and intent.
I've said enough.
Most people reading this won't understand its vital importance.
For them, I'm truly sorry.
I don't wish you a life of disappointment.
However, your fate does rest more in your own hands than anyone else's.
BUT, if you're the 3% of Chiropreneurs who want (and need) to be great Get a Coach, Mentor or Consultant who is in alignment with your vision and desired outcome.
Enuf said.
I believe you know what you need to do.
Do it.
