Diet is very important to getting clear skin so do not eat greasy foods.
Science has not yet proven a link between greasy foods and acne so it is a myth how ever there are certain healthy foods that can cause acne problems for many people.
You see dairy products contain specific hormones in them that when dissolved by your body trigger the release of sebum.
Sebum is the main substance used in the formation of acne so if you are having trouble with acne limit your dairy products or better yet use soy products.

Washing your face more then twice a day will make your skin cleaner and acne free.
This is a myth no matter how correct it sounds because if you washing your face more then twice a day you are actually causing your skin to dry out.
To compensate this your body begins to produce extra surface oils to try and hydrate the skin but it gets trapped in the skins pores and results in more break outs.
Stick to washing your face morning and night for best results.
