We have all sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God.
It is with much regret however, when a church leader is exposed for his or her worldly behaviour and sinful nature.
Stones could be cast at Ted Haggard if Jesus Christ Himself were casting them.
It is not in the best interest of Christianity to judge Ted Haggard harshly.
It is not in our best interest to judge him at all.
When young believers are embarking on their Christian walk, it might be difficult for them to understand how Ted Haggard could have been beguiled by sin.
Spiritual maturity in Christ understands and does not condone his acts nor condemn him to hell.
It knows it could happen to anyone.
Perhaps not the same acts but it also knows there are no little sins or big sins; all unrighteousness is sin.
Spiritual leaders; those known as Bishops, Pastors, Priests, Elders, Reverends, Prophets, Prophetesses and Evangelists should allow yet another fall from honor in Christ, serve as a message to them.
Their responsibility for souls is great.
Not only is it great, it is a sacred trust and they will be held accountable.
It saddened me to learn what happened to Ted Haggard, but I know God's grace is amazing! Christ died for Ted Haggard even though He knew before he was formed in his mother's womb that he would fall into disgrace among men.
He was forgiven in advance.
We should be so forgiving.
Ted Haggard has to answer for his shortcomings.
We cannot answer for him.
He, his family, friends and church members need our prayers.
The partner involved with this incident as well as believers and non-believers need prayer.
We can pray for His will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
One might ask, "What is the will of God?" What is written in Genesis to Revelations answers that question.
We only need to accept it by faith.
Faith appropriates what God has already provided by Grace.
A man has fallen before the eyes of God and man but God's grace is sufficient.
We too, are privy to this same grace.
