Credit Repair- How Important Is It?

Credit repair and our credit score. How often do we even think about either of them?
If you do not think that your credit score is important then imagine this:

Unexpectedly your child gets sick. Despite your loving care they continue to get worse. You take your daughter to the doctor. The doctor writes out a prescription and sends you home.

The next thing you know you are making an emergency run to the hospital and your daughter is undergoing countless tests. No one knows what the problem is. Your daughter is admitted into the hospital to await the test results.

You are understandably upset and the last thing on your mind is paying bills.

You ask your boss for some time off from work. You know that you will need it in order to be able to be at the hospital for your child. It is a nightmare but if you can be there to comfort your child it will help to make it more bearable for both of you.

So, here is where things stand right now. Your child is ill. Your payments are late. You now have less money coming in at a time when you know that you will need more money in order to pay the extra bills that will be coming in shortly.

Weeks later your child has recovered, and you are struggling to catch up on your work. Late notices are coming in, as are the hospital bills.

Months later, you finally are getting back on better financial ground, but still paying on those hospital bills, when your car breaks down. You knew it was old but you were hoping that it would hold up for a little bit longer while you tried to get these debts down.

Your mechanic tells you that your car is just not fixable. You are going to have to bite the bullet and buy a new car.

You shop around and find a vehicle that is in your price range. The car looks to be a solid, dependable vehicle and you go ahead and start the process of becoming the proud new owner of it.

Imagine your shock when you are told that you do not qualify for financing.

What? . You explain about what happened with your child, the hospital bills, etc.

The guy seems understanding of your situation. But, he explains that it is company policy. There is nothing that he can do as your credit score not high enough. With all of those late payments on your record, you just do not seem like a good credit risk.

You practically beg the man. You have to have a vehicle or you will lose your job. Without your job you will lose your home. How will you feed your kids? What will you do?

Feeling sorry for you the man tells you Just a minute. Let me see if there is anything that I can do to help you

You wait patiently and are so thankful when he tells you that he has found a way that you can get the credit. That is you are thankful until you a start filling out the paper work and you see that you will be charged an excessive amount of interest.

You bring this to his attention. After all, it MUST be a mistake. He explains that it is to be expected as you are now considered a high risk.

But, I have always had great credit

Yes, but you have all of these bad marks against you right now.

You need the vehicle but with these high interest charges you just do not know how you can do this. This means larger payments and a much higher price tag on the same vehicle that you thought was in your price range.

You tell the man that you will have to think about it and you will get back with him.

You go home and call a co-worker. You arrange to carpool with them in order to be able to get to work. Knowing that you can still work, so that you will not lose your job, takes a little of the pressure off at least temporarily. This gives you some breathing room while you make this important decision.

You call your best friend and cry on their shoulder. To your surprise they mention 'credit repair'. They know of someone that used a credit repair company and achieved amazing results.

You go online and check out their website. Wow! It all sounds wonderful. You sign up for the credit repair and hope that it will work just as well for you.

Well, why would it not?

To your amazement the credit Repair Company is able to remove all of those late payments and bad marks on your credit report. Your credit score goes back up and you are able to get credit again without having to pay outrageous interest fees.

The credit repair worked for you just like so many others before you. Yes, it did cost some money to have your credit repaired but you believe that it was worth every penny. The credit Repair Company not only cleaned up your credit report and raised your credit score but they got rid of a big headache for you.

You know that the cost for the credit repair company to clean up your credit record is a small price to pay for the thousands of dollars that you will save in high interest fees.

Alls well that ends well. Your child is healthy again, you were able to get the new vehicle that you needed and you no longer have to worry about getting stuck with high interest fees.

How easily could this scenario be you? What would YOU do? Well, hopefully now that you have read this you will make the smart choice and get your credit cleaned up.

Some credit repair companies are definitely better than others are. You need to be sure to get one that really knows their business. There is one company that stands out above others. It does not matter the reason for your bad credit, be it late payments, repossessions, bankruptcy, foreclosure- whatever the reason for your bad credit they can clean it up.
