Basketball: Secrets To Increasing Your Jump!

Have you ever wondered whether you can jump higher than what you can do now? I bet if you are a pro basketball player or a professional athlete, you missed one massive opportunity in your life simply because your vertical jump wasn\'t high enough! Am I right? 

Well to be honest the reason why I\'m probably so close to the truth is because I was there myself one day. It was the finals and there were 3 pro-scouts in the audience, this was it for me. I had trained my whole life for this single moment. So what happened? Unlike some Hollywood film, where the good guy always wins... I didn\'t! I took a run from the 3 point line and then bent my knees; for what I thought would be a historical vertical jump followed by a mouth opening slam dunk. Instead, I took the jump and missed by what I can only estimate (after watching the replay a hundred times!!!) by at least 5 inches! 

Talk about the end to a prospering career! Um, well not exactly. If there is one thing my father taught me, it is that how a man deals with failure will define him as a person. So yeah, I was disappointed to say the least but what I did next will be the core foundation to not only my career but my life. 

I identified my weak point - this was my vertical jump, everything else appeared to be fine. So I started training even harder to jump higher. A month or two went by, but I still couldn\'t see any marked improvement so I decided to look around for programs that could help me achieve my goal. Over a period of 4 long months I tried a number of different programs which to be frank were a complete waste of my time not to forget my hard earned money! I completely lost all respect for the authors that I used to idolise in my younger days.  

Then about 9 weeks ago as I was giving up on these programs, a fellow basketball player introduced me to a program called The Jump Manual. As it came recommended, I thought I\'d give it a try - \'You never know\' I said to myself. Anyway to cut a long story short this program was amazing! It concentrated on each part of my body that is used in a vertical jump and strengthened each muscle. The core training lasts 12 weeks so I still have around 3 weeks left but I am already seeing some fantastic results. My vertical jump has increased by 4 inches and to be honest I think I can double that in the next 3 weeks. 

The Jump Manual also provided me with my own personal trainer so I could give someone my results to and someone who was always willing to guide me in the right direction and provide me with the right type of motivation - its brilliant! 

I would high recommend this product for anyone who is looking to get that extra physical edge and complete at a professional level. It really works.
