One of my biggest problems is finding a movie on the Blockbuster Online website to watch.
Who ever though that having over 65,000 titles to chose from would be a problem? Well its not that all the movies are the problem its find the movies on the website.
I guess they have tried to make it easy, but I still have trouble find movies.
Here are some tips that should help finding movies faster and a lot easier.
Finding a rental title in the blockbusters website is tricky, should I look under the old movies or should I look through the new releases.
In the top right hand corner there is a little white search box, If you can not remember the title of the movie you can enter a actor/actress name in the search and it will come with all the most popular titles that he/she as been in.
Using the browse movie categories (the three white boxes), to find a movie can be frustrating.
But as long as you know what you are looking for this will be a breeze.
The thing with these boxes is to be as detailed as possible.
Always fill up all three boxes to find your movies.
Think of it like saving a file on your computer.
You have to go directly to the folder that you want to save it to.
Ever been waiting for a movie to come out and when you put it on your queue it says, there's a long wait for a movie.
This could be solved by giving a rough estimate on when the movie could be available.
But this is not that big of a problem see that I could always go exchange the online rentals for the movie I've been waiting for.
Another thing is after going to your local blockbuster to exchange the online rental for a in-store rental, it usually take a little time for them to take the online rental off my queue.
It's not really a problem because they still send off the next movie on my list the next day.
It's just for some reason it takes a little time to get it off the queue.
Despite all these minor problems, Blockbuster online is still a great online rental service.
But there is always room for improvements.
Fixing this issues I think will the customer a better user experience.
