How Can I Quit Smoking is a question that a lot of people face and they feel there is no way out.
Well that is not true and there are actually a few ways to quit smoking.
One way to quit smoking is by using hypnosis.
How can I quit smoking tip number 1.
Hypnosis can be very effecting in quitting smoking because it gives the subconscious mind the boosts it needs in fighting off the cravings of Cigarettes.
Hypnosis doesn't have to be performed by a hypnotist to work.
Its really just a set of words used to keep your mind focused on quiting your addiction! For example if your trying to quit and you get a craving the chance that your going to smoke another Cigarette is going to be higher if you don't believe that you wont.
If you have a craving and tell yourself about all the bad things that Cigarettes bring then the chances of you staying away from the addiction will be better.
How can I quit smoking tip number 2: Another way to quit smoking is by going cold turkey! Cold turkey is not good for all as we are all unique individuals but for myself I find cold turkey to work wonders because you totally rid yourself of the taste etc...
of what your trying to quit! For me I find it harder to try to quit something if I constantly am dabbling in it.
For example say I was trying to quit eating cakes and pies etc...
The best way for me to quit would be to get rid of the cakes and pies rather then to eat one slice of cake and one slice of pie because it would be a bigger fight for me only eating just one because of the mental strain id put on myself.
If I totally rid myself of the taste then eventually I will forget what it even tasted like and the cravings will decrease.
