- 1). Hang your trousers in the bathroom while you take a shower. Leave them in the steamed-up room with the door closed even after you have finished bathing to allow the creases to loosen.
- 2). Remove creases from pants with a steam iron. Spread the area with the crease flat on an ironing board or another flat surface and run the iron over the crease several times or until it is gone. Mist the creased area with water before using the steam function of the iron if the crease does not come out easily.
- 3). Dampen a clean, soft cloth with white vinegar. Lay the cloth over the crease and iron. Some creases can be removed with just the steam of an iron alone. Vinegar can help more stubborn creases release.
- 4). Visit your local dry cleaner if you cannot get the crease out of your trousers at home. Heavy duty steamers and other dry cleaning equipment may be able to get the job done for you.
