It's no surprise that most pros with a pro model shoe have skated the Vans Half Cab at some point in their careers, and because its classic design uses suede uppers on a midtop design and a vulcanized sole construction with Vans waffle grip, this is the ideal shoe for every realm of skateboarding, which Steve himself has mastered.More »

Anybody could have guessed that creating a customized version of the existing Vans Sk8-Hi by cutting it down into a formidable low-top skate machine, with high grade PU footbeds, would have been an instant success, and Anthony Van Engelen did just that with the AV Sk8-Low. This shoe has been flying off the shelf since the day it first arrived on the scene, and there is still no sign of it getting old. Since having a shoe with premium suede and canvas uppers, vulcanized soles, and waffle grip won't go out of style, I think it's safe to say neither will the AV-Sk8 Low.More »
The Vans Rowley SPV is Geoff’s lightest weighing shoe to date, and much different from anything you've seen from him in the past. The brand new tread on it is the same waffle grip that you've always known, except slimmed down. Vans has basically taken all the weight out of the rubber and left you with a light weight, grippy vulcanized sole. The new combination insole boards flex at the ball of your foot, while the heel remains stable. So with no unnecessary padding and suede and canvas uppers, you've got maximum board feel throughout the shoe.More »
