Step 1: First you need to do some research.
Start off with the Google keyword tool.
I recommend trying to find something that has at least 3,000 global searches each month.
In this instance I'm going to recommend the panic attacks niche.
This is a hungry market with a lot of different niches within the main niche.
A good one to go for is "panic attacks in children" with a global monthly search of 2900.
Step 2: Now check the competition.
Go to Google and do a couple of searches.
First of all type allintitle: "panic attacks in children".
This currently brings up a result of only 713.
This is great as anything below 8,000 is great.
Then just type in "panic attacks in children" and this brings up 29,000.
Anything below 30,000 is ideal.
  Step 3: Try to now get the domain name.
Go to godaddy.
com or justhost.
com and do your domain search trying to make sure you get the key word in.
Currently panicattacksinchildren.
info is available.
Buy it.
  Step 4: Visit clickbank.
com and find a product to sell.
Try to find something within the top 20 self help products with a high gravity.
Anything over 50 is excellent.
There is currently a product called "Panic Away - End Anxiety and Panic Attacks".
There is a gravity of 198! Follow the ClickBank instructions to sign up.
  Step 5: Get your mini site set up using WordPress.
This is really easy to do when using the fantastico software.
Pick your theme and follow the simple instructions.
Make sure you also use the SEO plugin via WordPress.
  Step 6: If you are not familiar with the best way to optimize your site properly then I recommend visiting elance.
com and hiring an SEO expert from Romania or Philippines.
A few hours work should only cost around $15-$20 and well worth the money.
Step 7: It's now time to start promoting the site and driving traffic.
