You treat your automobiles with care.
You put the highest grade of gas in the tank; the best oil is used to feed the engine.
You get those oil changes regularly, exactly when they are due.
You want them to last a long time and run at peak performance.
You feed the dog and the cat the best food out there.
They get to the vet often and get their shots on time.
You cherish them and want them around for many years.
It's the same for our kids.
But what about YOU! How do you treat your body? And of course I am not singling YOU out I am talking to a "collective YOU.
" Do you enjoy chocolate more than fruit? Do you love ice cream more than yogurt? Do you get your regular check-up every year? Do you get enough sleep or do you burn the candle at both ends? Do you go in for a regular massage now and then to get rid of that tension that you have been carrying? Do you make time for recreation and take time off work when you need it? Do you exercise? If you are like most people, the last thing you worry about when it comes to care and maintenance is you! But here is the deal.
You only have one body, only one life.
If you neglect and abuse it today you will suffer or lose it tomorrow.
If tomorrow is here and you are already suffering, then it is not too late to change and do something about it.
Our bodies are resilient.
When we reverse the way that we have been treating our bodies, they will respond.
The good news is there are tons of products on the market today to restore and rejuvenate your health.

So stop that crazy diet! Think about you for a while.
The more caution and care you take today, the more tomorrows you will have and the more you will be able to enjoy them tomorrow! And by the way, vegetables are wonderful.
