- 1). Locate the contact information for the senator you would like to reach. Go to the U.S. Senate Web site. Click "Senators" at the top of the page. Select your state from the drop-down menu labeled "Choose a State." The two senators from your state will be listed, along with their contact information and links to their own Web sites.
- 2). Go to your senator's Web site. It will provide the contact form for e-mailing your senator and the physical address if you would like to mail correspondence. The contact information is usually found in the "Contact" or "Constituent Services" sections.
- 3). Include your contact information and return postal address whether writing an e-mail or a letter. Your senator may reply to you by e-mail or written correspondence when responding to your concerns.
