Mix all-purpose disinfectant cleaner in a bucket with 1 gallon of hot water. Wash kitchen and bathroom surfaces, as well as floors throughout your home. Pour some of the disinfectant solution down sink and garbage disposal drains to clean out the drains and get rid of any eggs laid by little house flies. - 3

Trap little flies buzzing around your home by luring them with vinegar. Pour a few inches of cider vinegar in the bottom of a glass jar. Cover the mouth of the jar with plastic wrap and secure it around the jar with tape. Use a fork to poke several holes in the plastic wrap. - 4). Set the jar in an area close to fly infestations. The flies will go into the jar to get the vinegar, then become trapped. Flush them down the toilet the next day and replenish the vinegar jar trap.
- 5). Kill flies in other areas of the house with fly paper. Hang the paper where flies are seen flying around your home.
