How to Cure Anxiety - This Really Helps

Depression is a temporary illness; it is not permanent.
There are many different strategies and resources available that help to alleviate the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
Worry logs are one of the most effective ways of reducing anxiety and therefore decreasing symptoms of depression.
Anxiety can manifest itself until it becomes completely overwhelming.
It is perfectly normal to feel some levels of stress - life is not a bed of roses! However, when this stress becomes overwhelming and controlling, help is required.
The use of worry logs is common practice in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
They are used predominantly as a tool to help alleviate unwarranted anxiety.
The logs help breakdown the thought process into different subject areas.
  1. Unwanted thoughts and visions - It helps you to pinpoint unwanted thoughts and visions.
These are those thoughts and visions that are completely unwarranted and irrational.
  2. Rational thoughts - By looking at how irrational your initial thoughts may be and writing down what you actually think will happen, this helps you to realise that the anxiety that you are feeling is brought about by your thoughts; not the actual situation.
Anxiety is more often than not a collection of irrational thoughts that snow balls into an overwhelming state of anxiety; leading to possible breakdown.
You control your thoughts.
By implanting constant negativity and anxiety, your body becomes flooded with adrenalin.
With this follows the symptoms of adrenalin, heart racing, feelings of "fight" or "flight", stomach churning etc.
Using a worry log can help you pinpoint and diminish these unwanted thoughts that lead to adrenalin being released.
It is impossible for me to describe the fully process so please visit my website.
I have written in more depth and included some resources that I promise will help you.
